Scientific open access journal "HUMAN PROGRESS":

 

1. Journal is registered as a mass media in the Federal Service for Supervision of Communication, Information Technology and Mass Media (the mass media registration certificate: EL No. FS 77-62455, July 27, 2015);

 

2. The journal is a network electronic publication. This electronic publication is potentially accessible to the unlimited range of users via telecommunications networks. 

The journal «Human Progress» is an open access one. Open access means that the authors post online the results of their research (in the form of a full-text version of a scientific article) for a wide free-of-charge distribution. The Internet enables the largest possible number of stakeholders to learn the results of scientist’s work and use a reference to his research in the process of further study.

Our journal provides the direct open access to its content on the basis of the following principle: a free public access to the results of research contributes to increase in volume of the global exchange of knowledge;

 

3. The journal publishes original results of scientific research conducted all over the world, which are the results of completed scientific and practical studies. All published articles are compulsorily peer-reviewed;

 

4. The journal is registered in ISSN International Centre. ISSN print: 2414-4916;

 

5. All published articles are placed in the Russian Science Citation Index (RSCI) database of the Scientific Electronic Library eLIBRARY.RU (Contract No. 596-09 / 2015);

 

6. Languages: English, Russian;

 

7. Publishing frequency: ones a month (deadline for accepting articles - the 25th day of each month)

 

Since January 1st, 2018, the journal «Human Progress» publishes articles only in Economic Sciences (code 08.00.00)!
